- Clerk (authentication and identity management): When you create an account or sign in, your authentication data (including name, email address, and session information) is processed by Clerk, Inc. Clerk's handling of your data is governed by the Clerk Terms and Conditions and Clerk Privacy Policy.
- Stripe (payment processing): When you subscribe to the Service, your payment information (including billing details and payment method) is processed by Stripe, Inc. Aurex does not store your credit card or bank account numbers. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information will be shared with these providers as necessary to deliver the Service, and that their respective privacy policies apply to the data they process.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within a commercially reasonable time, unless retention is required by law.
